She plays a central role from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring robust commercial management, strong financial governance and effective contractual leadership at every stage of a project’s lifecycle.

Her focus is on strengthening commercial strategy, driving consistency in approach and supporting sustainable growth. By aligning pre-construction planning, procurement and delivery teams, Vicky ensures that projects are commercially sound, risk-aware and positioned for long-term success, both for the business and our clients.
