Mark Herbert

Mark joined William Birch in 2018 initially as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and has subsequently progressed to the role of Managing Quantity Surveyor. He supports a team of QS’s, from Trainee QS to Senior QS, ensuring we consistently deliver accurate commercial services to all our projects across the construction business. He is committed to providing our customers with cost certainty and has a wide portfolio of experience including both the NEC and JCT suite of contracts. 

He has a degree in Business Studies and another in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of the RICS.

Mark lives in Leeds with his family and enjoys cycling, walking, and reading.
