Joan has been a valued member of William Birch since 1998, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business and managing the accounts team.
Her role covers all aspects of company accounts, including payroll, invoicing, supplier payments and credit control. She ensures financial processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both office and site teams with accurate and timely information.
Working closely with the senior management team, Joan helps maintain strong financial discipline across the business, ensuring compliance, reliability and consistency in all accounting procedures. Her organised and detail-focused approach plays an essential role in keeping the business running effectively.
