Andrew Marshall

Andrew initially joined the procurement team at William Birch in 2006. His role was far reaching across many aspects of the business and he has added great value to our processes and systems, improving the experience for our customers, staff and supply chain. Since 2017 Andrew has taken on the role of Systems Manager and is now responsible for the management of a broad spectrum of functions including, quality, environmental, IT, procurement and facilities management.

Since joining the company, he has developed, implemented, managed and monitored processes and procedures which  facilitated in William Birch achieving UKAS accredited certification to BS EN ISO 14001:2015 and BS EN ISO 9001:2015. He has been instrumental in developing our Carbon Reduction Plan and driving us towards net zero by 2050. 

Andrew lives in York and enjoys socialising with friends and family, looking after his dogs, fishing and country walks.
