Alistair Birch (5th generation of the family) was appointed as a director on 1st January 2008.
Alistair joined the Company in April last year from the Royal Bank of Scotland in London where he was an Assistant Director.
In July 2007 he became Company Secretary, a post he continues to hold with his directorship.
