Scope of Works
In total, we completed the full refurbishment of 12 kitchens, shower rooms and bathrooms, together with 50 bedrooms, ensuring all areas were modernised to meet the expectations and needs of today’s students.
Challenges & Our Approach
The project was delivered within the confined window of the university summer break, where programme certainty was critical to ensure accommodation was ready for returning students. With multiple contractors working simultaneously across the site, careful coordination and clear communication were essential to maintain progress and avoid disruption.
Extended lead times on key materials added further complexity. Through proactive procurement, close supplier liaison and flexible programming, we mitigated potential delays and maintained momentum throughout the works.
Our team’s adaptability and collaborative approach ensured the project remained on track despite the compressed timeframe and logistical challenges.
