Project Overview

Awarded under the University of York Minor Works Framework, this project involved the construction of a new secure compound to house the Biology Department’s gas supply.

Scope of Works

Groundworks and a significant portion of the construction were delivered by our in-house team, including the brickwork, which was highly praised by the client for its quality and finish.

Specialist contractors were carefully coordinated by our dedicated Site Manager to ensure the safe and compliant installation of the gas infrastructure.
