Based at our Osbaldwick Office and operating in North and East Yorkshire we offer a full building service on projects valued between £100k and £1m.

All types of construction work are undertaken from refurbishment of historic buildings to new build schools. Clients include National Trust, University of York, North Yorkshire County Council, Criminal Prosecution Service and Home Housing Association.

York offers its clients the opportunity to have the full services of a large contractor working on lower value projects. We work with clients and their Design Team to foster cooperation in achieving quality building.
