In addition to private commissions and Housing Association clients, a significant proprotion of our work is on conservation projects. Our management teams are therefore well versed in the added constraints of planning, heritage and architectural requirements as well as mandatory domestic regulations and prescribed housing standards.

CASE STUDIES:
Woodside Court, Horsforth, Leeds
A single four-storey block containing 18 flats constructed to the highest standard
under contract for a speculative developer. This was a turnkey project complete
with all services and lift.
Montague Burton Flats, University of Leeds
Refurbishment of 70 student flats with 14 bathrooms for the University. Time
was the Client focus and the works were completed during the summer vacation.
The Tannery, Lawrence Street, York
Conversion of existing Grade II mill to flats including offices at ground floor.
A turnkey project including re-roofing and structural alteration all to comply
with Building Regulations. In addition private mews houses and Housing Association
flats were constructed within this very tight site.
