A recent innovation in contract procurement, partnering has been wholeheartedly
embraced by William Birch because it has a very close affinity to our business
ethos. We believe in working with clients and their design teams to achieve a
mutual goal.
Our projects to date have focused on Local Authority schools where “Best Value”
is the watch word.
CASE STUDIES:
New Library and Extension to Design Technology Tadcaster Grammar School
Constructed in a live school environment this project was successfully completed
below budgtet with minimal disruption.
Barwick Parade Primary School, Selby
Two new classrooms and numerous alterations to existing building were required to provide a Sure Start and improved educational facilities. The scheme was phased to ensure educational continuity for the pupils and staff.
