The majority of our industrial construction work is to provide manufacturing
facilities and warehousing. However, no two projects are the same and we ensure
that we fully understand the demands of the clients’ individual processes; from
hygeine specifications for the food industry to the structural needs of a printing
works.
We are experienced in the provision of internal cranage, dock levellers, specialist flooring, exceptional energy requirements or pollution control systems. We also treat the external appearance with high priority and incorporate the architectural design of industrial facilities into our remit.
CASE STUDIES:
Bessingby, Bridlington
Six business units were constructed for East Riding Council under a D & B
contract. This project was of particular interest due to the adoption of BREEAM.
Waste was sorted, spoil retained on site, semi – absorbant asphalt was used as paving and vehicle movement reduced to a minimum.
Harrier Court, Elvington, York
Being part of an industrial estate this 60,000ft² development comprises of a
mixture of unit sizes from 2500ft² to 15000ft².
The horizontal cladding and curtain walling gave a very contemporary design.
