CASE STUDIES:

Sheffield Town Hall – Re-roofing Scheme
Re-roofing of a Grade 1 listed building with council staff remaining in occupation.
The works included new westmoreland slates, leadwork and replacement of timber
and copper cupolas and finials.

Selaby Hall, Gainford, Co. Durham
Alteration, refurbishment and extension to a Grade II listed country house. The work was to the highest possible quality reflecting the grand character of the house. A bio-mass boiler was installed as part of the improvements.

Abbey House, Whitby
Complete refurbishment and conversion of this Grade I listed hotel to form new 100 bed youth hostel for Y.H.A. Works included asbestos removal, structural improvements, re-roofing, new lift, finishes and ornamental landscaping.
