Filey Surestart
This single-storey children's centre was constructed in a live school environment
within Filey Nursery and Infant School. Safety was therefore a prime consideration.
The construction was eco-friendly with sedum roof, storm water alleviation, sun
pipes and cedar boarding.

Refurbishment of Chemistry Department, University of Leeds
Refurbishment of 5 laboratory areas to form new teaching facilities with computor cluster and seminar area of office suites. Work was phased to maintain education facilities for the students. Operations included asbestos removal, demolition, 76 fume cupboards, benching and very extensive mechanical and electrical installations.
