Waterside Court
These 19th Century mill buildings have been brought right into the 21st Century with the restoration and enhancement of the characteristic stone exterior and a sympathetic addition of a completely new wing. The interiors have benefited from a high quality fit out comprising amongst other features, air conditioning, raised access floors and IT systems. This project has received an award for architectural and building restoration.

IT Incubator, York Univeristy Science Park

This air conditioned three-storey office provides facilities for start-up IT business and research. The building is capable of division into separately serviced units constructed from a steel frame with concrete floors.


Whitwell Grange

Alteration and refurbishment of a group of Listed farm buildings to offices with extensive external works. A mixture of comtemporary design and the retention of original features resulted in a first class working office enviroment. Modern mechanical and electrical services were installed.
