Based in York, with a new office in Leeds to expand our service throughout the
region and beyond, our team of over 100 employees deal with a very broad spectrum
of building types on contracts worth several million for major regional clients.
Current capacity for the Company is £25 million to £30 million.
Our services include: new build construction, restoration and refurbishment,
equipment and lorry hire.
Development projects, where we are responsible for the initial purchase of the
land, all aspects of the construction programme and the ultimate lease or sale
of the buildings, are becoming an increasing part of our portfolio.
We work to our clients’ choice of procurement method – traditional contract,
design & build, management contract, partnering or joint venture. Frequently,
after a successful first contract with a client, we carry out subsequent negotiated
contracts, with the benefits to both parties of a greater level of time and cost
predictability.
We maintain the constantly high quality of our service, by regularly updating
our programmes of best practice in environmental and technical standards combined
with continuous investment in staff development and Health & Safety training.
